this was my 1st attempt at ,aking mmf. it was messy at first, I greases the bowl and spoon, but the marshmallows stuck like crazy to my woodpen spoon. I got the hang of it and added the powd. sugar. the recipe called for 6 cups but I could only get around 5 cups in. the mmf was the consistency of a soft playdoh. I wrapped it in saranwrap and its in a ziploc now. does this all sound about right? just want to make sure I'm on the right track

Soft playdoh consistency is right. Tomorrow it will have firmed up enough that you may need to microwave it for a few seconds before you can work with it.
And the marshmallow does stick to everything...it even sticks to my silicone spatula.
