Does anyone know how to make a handbag or purse out of gumpaste?
I don't want to buy those expensive handbag cutters so if anyone can provide the step by step instructions as well as templates like in the gumpaste shoe that would be great!

Sorry, the only help I can provide is a *bump* and......
sketch it out or outline what you can find on-line. Dry it on a slight cupping mat of paper towels or sponge or whatever. HTH

Try either Doug or get an old purse that you can also tear apart and use as a template.
Or what I usually do is draw out my own templates free hand on a design I like and make a pattern using it. Then cut it out and trace it onto your gumpaste.
