Pardon my lack of knowledge of the cookie world; Iâm from the cake side of the fence.
I am cake decorator and a couple of customers have been asking me to make cookies for them.
I would like to start selling designed cookies; Iâve seen amazing designs around here!
My first question is, what type of cookie recipe do you know normally use for this kind of cookies?
Would any recipe do it or is there a generic type o technique that works better for this kind of job?
