I posted it in another section but I think this board gets checked more often. I'm trying to figure out the easiest/ best way to transfer images to a cake. All of this royal icing, color flow, buttercream transfer has my head spinning.

What is the best way to make an intricate character with many colors, or facial features like on the characiture of a person? If you have cakes to show me that would be even better.

Thanks!

Katie

personally i perfer the BCT cause thats the icing i'm already working with, and i don't need to wait for a dry time, and i'm too lazy to make up another icing to work a picture.

In the end it really comes down to what you like to work with.

Can I ask what you are making?
I think if it is a large image FBCT is the way to go. I like colorflow for small stuff...
