I have to do a Pillow cake with Tiara on it for around 30-35 people.
This will be my first attempt...so have no clue how much to charge?

Any ideas???

Thanks in advance.

I would say at least $3 a serving. Idid one for my step-daughter and when people asked me how much I said a flat $100.00. That tiara can be nerve racking!

The princess pillows I did had a store bought tiara on it...supplied by the client. With my current pricing, I would charge $3.00 per serving for the cakes (my price includes the corner bows), and then charge for either a store bought tiara or a royal icing one. Hope that helps.
