Hello, I always have such a difficult time getting the hot spatula and scraper marks off my cake. Even after the viva method, I can still vividly see where the spatula started and stopped all over my cake. icon_mad.gificon_mad.gif

I need help from people who make smooth even toned chocolate frosted cakes. I have included the link to show you what I am talking about.
