I'm attempting my first cupcake bouquet tomorrow and I'm not sure If I'm suppose to level my cupcakes like I would a cake? Or do I just leave them kinda round like they are?

Any help or suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.

I leave mine round. I have never levelled cupcakes. It gives the bouquet a little height so that they don't looke flat.

I've never heard of leveling cupcakes....

Leave them domed.
