Somewhere I saw a photo of a cake that had kind of a "peek-a-boo" design in fondant on the cake. Its where the cake is iced in one color of buttercream and a different color of fondant is laid over it and there is a design cut out so you see the color underneath. Does anyone have a cake photo like this? I am going to suggest this to a bride who wants "modern sophistication" but I want to be able to show her the idea...
