I just returned from the health food store where I saw a bag of organic pastry flour. Has any one every tried it in there cookies?

no sorry. Can it be used in cookies? Or is it usually used for cakes and stuff? Good luck!

Wow with the price of regular flour going through the roof. I can imagine what organic costs. Make sure it says "certified organic" on the label. If it doesn't it could mean anything.

Yes, I was very pricey. 3.95 for a one lbs bag. I did not want to invest that type money and they turn out inedible.

I have a group of people locally I can market them to but at that price I will have to double my price.
