I'm doing a cake covered in ganache. But the want a tshirt..
Do you think it would look weird if i cover in a few layers of ganache and then to the outline of the collar with Black and white butter cream. Or fondant?????
Also i was gonna do the logo out of fondant too.
Do you think that would work ontop of ganache or should i cover the whole cake with fondant ontop of the ganache??
I've seen simular combinations. I think it will work just fine if you let the ganache set up (harden) before adding the fondant.
I think it would be fine, but you have to consider the two products will have different looks.
