I am doing Noah's Ark for a baby shower cake. I have all the animals done but the need a finish look to them. They look kinda dry and matte.

What can I do to make them come to life better. They are all about 2" in size.

To give them a shine you can dampen them lightly w/a damp towel or such.
Not sure if that is what you are looking for.
