I am so in love with SMBC! I actually sold a bride on it this week too, yeah!

I think it would be delicious with a little cream cheese mixed into it. Is this a bad idea? Has anyone done this? How was it? How much did you use?

Are there any other flavor variations you can suggest?

I didn't have any puree so I mixed some icing fruit into the SMBC, it was SOOOOO good!

Yes, I've seen a few CCers here do it (melysa and dailey among others...here's where they posted about it http://forum.cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=235581&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=cream&&start=0) among others. If I recall correctly, they whipped the cream cheese up separately and then FOLDED it into the smbc. I've never tried it myself.

It's also divine w/chocolate (add melted bittersweet chocolate)..yes any sort of fruit...liqueur flavorings, espresso...dear me, what flavor variation CAN'T you do? icon_smile.gif
