I've recently been asked to do fondant/gumpast bow toppers for several cakes. How much is the going rate...I have no idea! I know what I would charge for a full fondant cake, but.... Help!

for a loopy bow, we charge 10 and for a regular bow about 5, if even that, depending on size.

I have seen people here charge from $10 up to $40. Charge whatever you think you can get! icon_smile.gif I think at least $20 is a fair price because those Wilton bows are $15-$25 retail, and they can't hold a candle to a homemade fondant bow.

I charge $35 for a big loopy 6" bow and brides don't bat an eye, most of them tell me it's cheaper than a floral topper from their florist.
