A co-worker has asked me to make her baby boy his 1st birthday smash cake and party cake....due next weekend!!!

She told me anything luau, that is her theme, but will not give specifics. I keep asking for input, she keeps saying she is not hard to please and just wants a smash luau and "party cake."

Any ideas? Mini roasted pig on the smash or is that too morbid .
A girl would be so much easier!
