Hello fellow CCer's
This maybe a silly question but I have never heard of Isomalt (sugar subsitute) where do you get this stuff? Would my local super market have it? I am longing to give these beer bottles a shot but I want to be perpared. Thanks SweetResults for all the info. you posted.

I got isomalt at my local cake supply store, and I have ordered it from Global Sugar Art as well, I think. Them or one of the countless other internet cake sites out there.

You are welcome. I highly recommend using it in place of half the sugar if you live in a high humidity area.
