I have my first topsy turvy cake this weekend. Anyone have advice for me on how to make it not fall over.I would like to learn from your mistakes and great work!
Have you a sketch of what you are looking at? Is it the slanted layers stacked one on top of each other? Or is it the cake itself that is on an angled board with a 'wedge' between each layer.
Whichever it is, there are great tutorials on this website.....check them out.
