Freezing Cakes? And Question About Fondant Shoe =)

im making a cake for my mom tomorrow, but it wont be until wednesday that i will be covering it, decorations, etc. so do i wrap it and freeze it., or what can i do...? and ill be making a fondant high heel. No idea how to do it, so any help or links of any kind would be helpful! Thankk you! =)

I don't think you have to freeze for one day. Just wrap your cakes. Here is the link for the gumpaste shoe from the articles section.

Just add some tylose or mix the fondant with gumpaste and you'll be OK with drying time. thumbs_up.gif
