Does baking in this pan actually work...I think it's from the mid-century. It's made of plastic and can go up to 375*(or so it says) but I'm scared! icon_cry.gif

The details tend to stick, so be generous with the coating, what ever you use. But, yes, they work fine. It helps to put it on a baking sheet for extra support.

They also work great for jello molds.

Welcome to CC Denise. I went to the Country Kitchen website, they say the pans hold approx. 1 cake mix and should be baked at 325 degrees. As Joann said, put on baking sheet and generously coat the pan.
