I am doing my second paid cake and I'm not sure what to charge. Most of my cakes I have made for family and friends and I am really excited to do this one. It is going to be a 10" round college graduation cake. It will have some royal icing daisies on it and a graduation cap with a tassel either done in a transfer or maybe molded out of fondant I'm not sure yet. Any ideas on how much I should charge for a cake this size?

If it were me I'd charge $75 for one with a FBCT or $85 for the one with the fondant 3D cap.
