Hello,

I am planning on making a tall cake and I know that I will have to put a dowel through it told told it up so it doesn't break apart. The cake design is a guitar and I was wondering what kind of cake I should make in order to make this work? Would any cake work or does it have to be a heavier type of cake so it keeps its structure? Any help would be great thank you.

The wasc cake and it's different flavor variations should wok real well. There is also a ecipe in the recipe section called 3-D durable cake. that's a good all-purpose cake for carving, etc.
