Do you ever bake a freeze your undecorated cuppies for large orders? I am doing an order for a first communion in May for 100 cupcakes, but I have SOOOO much going on in the couple of weeks before time is very tight. IYHO, would it be ok to bake and freeze the cuppies and then defost and decorate the morning of the party?

Thank you ladies, I value your opinion.

I do it all of the time, because I rarely want a full batch (24) all at once, so I bake them and freeze them in 6's.

I just put them out on the counter to thaw, and they're fine icon_smile.gif
