I am making chocolate designs for my daughter's birthday to decorate the cake. I'm using the candy melts and I am wondering if anyone can tell me how early I can make those and they will stay edible. Also, can I make them early and refrigerate or freeze them without them messing up?

Thanks

I don't think that if you are just using a mold with chocolate melts that you have to worry about them going bad. I think all you need to do is put them in an air tight container... I think you could do them as much as a month ahead of time...

You might want to post this in the candy forum?

Good luck! icon_smile.gif
