I was wondering if anyone had a awsome buttercream recipe that does not have to be refridgerated.

Jan H., wher do you get Brite White for your fave recipe? or Icing base, never seen it at my cake store, or maybe never noticed...

The best buttercream recipe I've used is Sharon's from Sugarshak. I think you can find it on the site.

I lost my internet source for small quantities of Angel White icing base. icon_sad.gif

For large quantities you can order from:
(Might break down and order some, when I have extra room in the freezer.)


puzzlegut has never made cakemanOH's recipe WITH the icing base (to my knowledge) and always posted that it was a good recipe.
