I bought some silicone cup cake liners and my first batch was like heaven, They came right out, bright, shiny colored sides on the cakes. My second batch is sticking in some places. What's the trick to getting good results every time??? I did notice that my first batch was a much drier cake mix, where as my second batch was German Chocolate. Is the texture the issue? Is silicone not practical for most uses? Sorry... guess I should change my sign in name from "bossy" to "Asks to Many Questions".
