Where can you get this? Is it just as easy as fondant of gumpaste? I've seen it used on the food network challenges and was thinking about trying it....any pros or cons?

It's easy to make. Chocolate and corn syrup.
Toba Garret has a great recipe. I have a chocolate rose in my gallery somewhere.

Oh love the stuff! Here's the recipe that I use:

All the figures on my cakes in my gallery are candy clay. Pros-takes color really well (I use the Wilton gel paste), tastes great, doesn't dry *crunchy*. Cons-it is *chocolate* so if you have hot hands or your house is hot, better have a fan on and devolope some patience icon_lol.gif It behaves perfectly in the winter but with warmer weather I work on it a little while, then let it harden some before doing more.
