A decorator friend of mine recently recommended ChocoPan to me as his favorite bought fondant. Anybody have any experience with it? How does it taste/move/hold up compared to the MMF I usually make?

It is wonderful. Easy to work with, taste great. But very expensive. I really like it .

. . . I understand there is a "sample" kit available . . . with a small amount of each of their flavors . . . next time I am in the market for fondant I intend to check this out . . . they say it is very expensive BUT that it goes further so that means you are no longer comparing apples to oranges . . . AND if the flavor is what it is cracked up to be (and remember there are several flavors) . . . well then it really is a whole new ball game . . .
