I am making a Communion cake next weekend that has calla lilies in the design. I have never made them before and have little gumpaste flower experience. I have been reading the forums about making these flowers and have learned that an actual calla lily cutter is not necessary if you don't have one (I don't), and a heart cutter can be used instead. I am such a visual person--is there a tutorial that anyone knows of the shows how to do the lilies using a heart cutter? I know there is a link to the Wilton tutorial, but they use the actual lily cutter and not a heart.
