The demand for my stuff is growing and someday I do want to convert one of our garage spaces into a legal kitchen so I can have a business. How did you find your employees?

Just put the word out to your friends and family that you're looking for help and they will pass the word.

I have 6 teenage girls coming in twice a week to make cookie dough balls for me. All friends and schoolmates of hers. They will be working the retail side of the shop this summer.

All of my catering crew are friends, friends of friends and relatives of friends.

I've never been in short supply of people who want to work for me.

(P.S. I also know that if I want quality folks, then I need to pay a quality wage. I pay WAY above minimum wage.)
