Does anyone know the difference between the sanding sugar and sparkling sugar on intothe oven.com? They are both made by India Tree. I am looking for an edible product that looks like glitter! Thanks!

The previous poster is correct - sanding is finer (like sand, haha), and the sparkling crystals are sparkly, but chunky. I just had to find this out myself and ended up ordering them here - http://www.countrykitchensa.com/catalog/mini.aspx?T=1&ShopId=38&CatId=624&SubCatId=1534

I love intotheoven though, but these guys were WAY less $$$!
Good luck!

Sanding sugar doesn't sparkle like Sparkling sugar. And Sanding sugar is finer.

Any cake suply store, even Hobby Lobby and Michaels. And of course, at the top of this page - Global Sugar Arts.
