I saw that Duff made the world largest cupcake in a metal wash tub. How would you bake that? I would think because its so tall and wide that one it would be hard to get into any oven and two that it would burn before the center was cooked all the way through. Anyone have any ideas?

How did I miss that? Was it on his show?

Did he use a convection oven?

A wash tub? As in Galvanized Steel? How dangerous!! All that zinc oxide getting into the cake!

I'm not sure how he did it. I saw the pic in American Cake Decorator. I saw a wash tub at target it was made out of ss or aluminium. i would guess that he baked it in a convection oven.
