I need some help badly!! I've been asked to make 4 dozen cookies for my son's kindergarten classes last day of school party.... the theme is Neverland. I haven't a clue what to do.... I haven't even seen the movie! How pathetic is that? His teacher suggested making some sort of animal cookies, but I'm not sure what types of animals she would be referring to. Can someone please help me out on this one???

So, I just read on the internet that the "lost boys" in the movie wore animal costumes..... does anyone know what animal costumes they wore?? Maybe these are the animals that my son's teacher is referring to.

http://disney.go.com/disneyvideos/animatedfilms/peterpan/ is the link for the Peter Pan movie--- they went to "Neverland". I would do pirate flag (Captain Hook's boat), a hook (Captain Hook), a star cookie pop (Tinkerbell's wand) a crocodile, any fairy you could call "Tinkerbell"..... Sorry, other than the crocodile, I don't know any other animals...

WARNING- these will be very "sexist" cookies. No boy wants a fairy wand, and no girl will want a pirate flag. Check for a boy/girl count... it may help. Obviously the characters of Peter Pan and Captain Hook are most recognized--- but my skills couldn't handle that (maybe yours could). But I opted for the "easier" patterns.

. . . there are lots of images here . . . (I'm not too sure what "animals" aside from a crocodile would be appropriate . . . but the attached images are more what I think of when you say neverland) . . . good luck and have fun . . .

When one thinks of Peter Pan and his crew, images of Peter, Tinker Bell, Wendy, Captain Hook, and the crocodile come to mind. How about pirate ships, swords, the teddy bear the little boy carries around. Perhaps swords for the boys and Tink for the girls? OOOO and you musn't forget Peter's hat! That's his trademark! Lots of good pics online!

I think Neverland was supposed to be home to "wild animals" but I'm not sure what kind of animals they were....
