I was just finishing up my chocolate safari animals when it hit me! Come this August, I will have been doing cake decorating "for real" for a year. It amazes me how far I have come! I could have never in a million years imagined some of the things I have learned from all of the wonderful, wonderful people here! From answering the same questions over and over to providing links. I really got overwhelmed with emotion thinking of all I have learned from Cake Central. Eventually (soon!) I will have my own shop and branch out and I have Cake Central to thank!
