Hello Fellow cc members i need your help i am looking for a sugar free cake recipe vanilla, i have a co worker that wants a cake for her mother but she is diabetic i dont know any good tasting recipe and i also dont want to give her a nasty tasting cake, can anyone share any ideas, recipes etc?

I have made sugar free cake from a box mix, I found at the store in the sugar free section which was by the diet, slimfast, etc. products they seem to turn out okay. The people I made it for were so excited to get a sugar free cake.

Go to the recipe section and hit the Down Arrow on the search box... There are sections for each... I have not made them, but I have heard about using both diet soda, and another one that uses apple sauce... Most diabetics that I know, just eat it rarely, and a small piece...
