I made my normal cheesecake. The topping is sour cream, vanilla, and 2 tbls. sugar. I am almost sure I forgot the sugar. Will the sweetness of the cheesecake be enough or should I sprinkle some powdered sugar over the topping (actually made last night so it could sit overnight)? TIA.

I have a cheesecake recipe with that very topping and years ago, I did the same thing. So what did I do? Added cherry topping!

If that isn't an option, how about taking more of the topping ingredients, mixing them together, and adding that as a thin layer?
