I have a bride who wants to keep her top tier to display in her china cabinet.

Does anyone know if you can leave MMF on display for any length of time? Does it harden like regular fondant or would it go bad?

Thanks for your help.

I kept a dummy that was covered in MMF on my table for about 6 months before I got tired of looking at it. No mold, smell, nothing.

icon_lol.gificon_lol.gificon_lol.gif That sounds like me. I always want to keep whatever I've made forever icon_lol.gificon_lol.gificon_lol.gif

I kept a MMF bow for a month and it didn't do anything strange, didn't fade, didn't soften...it looked as nice the day I tossed it as it had the day I put it on the cake.
