My first sheet cake for sale. It is 11 x 15. It is the WASC cake filled with fresh strawberries mixed with buttercream dream. It is frosted in buttercream dream. The Chalice and Host are made of Fondant and colored with Luster Dust. I am thinking of chargng $45. What do you think. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Pricing does depend a lot on your location
I would charge a basic price of $50 for an 11x15x2 cake w/o filling.
Right now I can buy strawberries for $5 (enough to fill that size) so I'd tack that much on to the basic.
