I am doing a cake this weekend that the customer wants ivory buttercream with some mmf on it but I'm not sure how to do the ivory mmf. Do I just add regular vanilla to the marshmallow instead of the clear?

Regular vanilla would tint it some. Wilton also makes an ivory color in the gel/paste food colorings that I have used in buttercream with great success. I use the gel/pastes in mmf for other colors, so I would see no reason that the ivory wouldn't work as well!
