I know it says to use one box pound and one box regular cake mix...but how boring! I am wondering if anyone has a good doctored cake mix recipe that works well in the wilton 3D pans. Tried a homemade pound cake in it today and it was ok, but not great. TIA!!

YES! I've labored trying to find the best cakes for my duckie pan and for carving cakes: Hands down winner is the WASC recipe with a box of pudding plus 12 oz melted white chocolate. I use the same basic for any flavor cake (I sub flavored coffee creamer for some of the water and use flavored yogurt instead of sour cream).
