Question for those of you that have these cookie sheets. Does your sheet sit flat or is it slightly raised in the middle? Mine has a slight "hump" in the middle & I'm wondering if that's normal. Thanks.

Mine sits perfectly flat and I have had it for several years. Is yours new? If so, I would definitely contact them and get a replacement. It shouldn't have that "hump" in the middle.
