I need some help!!! Everytime I try to make a ball board I always end up with a spike on it!!
What am I doing wrong?? I squeeze to make the ball, stop squeezing and then pull up and I end up with a spike thing every time!!!! PLEASE help!!
Thanks!!!
When you're pulling your tip away from the cake, make a tiny clockwise (or counter clockwise) circle with your write. That'll minimize the point that you're getting. When the frosting is mostly dry, you can put a little corn starch on your finger and tap down any remaining points or use a small paint brush with a little water on it to get rid of any remaining tips.
I get points when I don't realize that I'm still squeezing. Make sure you've completely stopped applying pressure before you pull away. I make a little circle with the tip as I pull away too.
