I get such great information off this site, that I thought I would ask if anyone could give me some ideas on how to make a firetruck cake!

I've seen a few really great ones on here, and I'd like to get instructions as well, cause I may have one coming up soon.

I am not sure how elaborate of cake you are planning on doing. But I just went to a Birthday party where my friend made a Firetruck cake for her sons first birthday. She used the Wilton Fire Truck pan that is currently being sold. She iced it in crusted butter cream smooth and used chocolate covered donuts for the wheels. It was really cute. If you need a more cake you could also make a sheet cake to put under it. Good Luck icon_smile.gif

I just did a fire truck for a grooms cake. we made is so the lights and sirens worked. we did this by dismanteling a toy fire truck to get ideas.
