Hello!! Just wanted to share the story of my journey through fitness and better health!
I have a webpage that is helping me share that with others and help others too if they need it.
My husband and I workout together and it has been a wonderful experience.
I started with Step Aerobics and then moved to a more heavy duty type of exercise with weights and cardio to lean out more and break a plateau I had been for a long time.
