I have lost my instructions for my Long Loaf pan. Someone on another message board said that it uses 9 cups of batter and it should bake or 70-80 minutes.

Does this sound right? Will 9 cups make it really tall? I want it to be 3 - 4" high.

Thanks for your help!

I don't remember the instructions either but it is equal to making a 12x18, then cutting it in half long ways & stacking. So I would say 3 cake mixes - maybe 3 1/2. HTH
