Using Eggs In Buttercream Frosting

Has anyone used uncooked eggs in their buttercream frosting? I'm apprehensive about this, but not sure if I have anything to worry about.

If using uncooked eggs, they must be pasteurized eggs, for safety.

You can buy pasteurized eggs and pure egg whites.
