Hi! I have been asked to make a lady bird cake to serve 30. I was thinking of using a 7 and an 8inch cut to shape, or would I need to use bigger pans. The cake will be mud cake. I recently had a computer melt down, so with the info lost off Cake Central as well, I am a bit lost
thanks for any suggestions,
Mel

I've heard of people baking in Pyrex bowls... Or if you have a ball cake, that would be easy... Of course, you could use the two pans and carve, but you'd lose a lot of cake that way...

But I hear those cake balls are yummy! (I need to try those sometime, though my cake shavings don't seem to last long with two little girls and a husband around! And me... I'm guilty too... icon_lol.gif )
