I am making a baby cakes using browns and blues. My problem is when I try to make a light brown using Americolor browns, chocolate and warm, I just get a very red brown. Wilton is a little better but it is still not the nice shade I am looking for. I am going for almost a coffee with a lot of cream color if that makes sense. What do I need to add to the browns to get this color? Thanks for any help.

You might try adding Wilton ivory to a small amount of brown if you'd like a coffee-with-a-lot-of cream color...Also, if you think they'd like it, you can color butter-cream with strong-brewed coffee.
