I was wondering if anyone here has ever made a cookie cake? Do I need to get a certain type pan? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you!!

a pizza pan works well or a cake pan..........you can usually get a pizza pan at the dollar stores for like 2 bucks!

I use my cake pans any shape, fill about 1/2 way and bake at 350 for 20-25 min it raises and comes down some after you take it out. For a 12' pan takes about 1 cookie recipe and it goes up from there. I have one in my photos if that helps. Use the pan release and there are no problems with anything sticking.

I tried this Nestle recipe for blonde brownies, YUM icon_biggrin.gif dh suggested this by my new cookie cake recipe. I can't be positive if I added pudding, but I probably did since I usually do.

2 1/2 c flour
2 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 3/4 c brown sugar
3/4 c butter
3 lge eggs
1 t vanilla
2 c chocolate chips

350 oven, use greased jelly roll pan (enough batter to make round and heart cookie cake pan)

combine dry ingredients, set aside

sugar and butter, add eggs & vanilla. gradually beat in flour mixture.
bake 20-25 minutes
