There is a woman in my office that recently survived breast cancer. She is going to be doing the Susan Kormen 3 day walk coming up soon. She is very excited about being able to do the walk. I was going to make her a cake either shaped like the pink ribbon or make a cake with a fondant pink ribbon on it to kind of kick off her walk at work.

Can anyone tell me if this ribbon is copyrighted? I would really love to do this for her, because she is such a sweet person.

The ribbon is not copyrighted, however the Susan G Komen ribbon (logo) is.

If it is a gift then it doesn't matter if the item is copyrighted, it is once you start to receive payment in return that it is illegal.
