I've noticed so many nice pics of cakes baked in terracotta pots that have been seasoned. My question is how do you get the cake out?? Do you eat it from the pot, or can you tip it out? Just curious!

I saw on one website blog that the person baked the cakes in small dixie cups that would fit in the pots. This made it easier for the eaters to get the cake out.
