1. Okay so the place I used to order my buttercreme from stopped carrying it. No stores in my area carry bulk frosting and I can't find a website that doesn't require a business tax id to sign up. Anyone either know a website where I can get some or a decent recipe. All the recipes I've tried taste like you're eating pure powdered sugar.

2. I'm doing a cake that needs to be at least 3ft by 3ft, but my door is only 34 inches wide, so I'm going to try and make it in 2 pieces but I'm not sure how to hide the seem. Any advice?

I've heard you can buy buckets of frosting from Walmart.

You can get buckets of icing at Sam's and Costco also.

As for the cake, can you give a little more info? I can't imagine how you could hide the seam unless you ice the cake at it's destination. Unless you make a large plaque from royal icing or chocolate (or fondant or gumpaste, or whatever! icon_smile.gif) and place it over the seam. Then, add some design element - like scrolls or flowers - over the rest of the seam.
